Is it time to get extra volunteers at the suicide prevention hotline in Chicago?

Or are Cubs fans used to this?

My therapist says answering questions like this isn't going to help.

Hi Andy, I would like to suggest to you that this is a very intense place to work. Please cocider gaining some experience with a "hotline" dealing with situations such as landlords and finding medical help. When you become more familier with the many sources that will be made available to you to help others and have some experience under your belt with less life and death situations you may feel more prepared for the intensity. having said all that I commend you for your willingness to help.

We are so used to this that if the Cubs merely play we cheer!
