What about on a boat??? They are an unexpensive choice and a lot of fun!!! You can rent the whole sighseeing boat and pay for the meal they serve there. The china, silverware , centerpieces and the service is included on those touristic boats.
Another option, a golf course lodge.

You can do it at the Civic center I thought. I live in DeRidder, What a small world! Do you know anyone with a great either Lawn or field. That is a great place, in fact I am having so many plans that are changing that we are probably going to end up outside in someones field with out reception! Good Luck!
