"We're taking a breather..." ?

It seems like everytime I answer a question with some thought or good information, I get the We're taking a breather message.

This has been happening a lot for a while now. Is yahoo really that screwed up that they can not fix this stuff?

I hear Yahoo is laying off quite a few people. As both a answers user and a customer that has multiple websites hosted by Yahoo, it seems like the service is getting worse.

Slow or non responsive access to both emails and answers. I know this probably won't do any good, but have others had the same experience?

This has happened 2 me like once or twice, but not so much like u. Maybe u should send them an email or find some other way 2 tell them that u r having a problem w/ their services. They should respond 2 u if u do that. Good luck!
Hope this helps!

Yes, this happens all the time. Occasionally, it's with good reason (the question was deleted whilst you were typing out your answer), but usually that's not the case. Yahoo! is steadily going downhill; they have a customer care that's so crappy it only deserves a paycheck of maybe 2 pasos. In turn, that leads to a poor site and many bugs.

Yes, I have noticed it too.

It is a bit annoying, luckly, usually you click it again and it goes away,
but on occasion with my e mail it has made me wait quite a while...

I hope they resolve this issue soon...

but if you think about the overall picture, it is pretty amazing what the internet does for us...

it has come a long way.

It really means that Yahoo is currently considering pulling the question,
because it has been reported.
