spinning and weight training?
its time to sign up for classes, and i was thinking about taking three fitness courses:
weight conditioning-- Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:35-10:50
yoga --Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:10-9:25
spinning --Monday Wednesday Friday 9:10-10:00
would this be too much stress on the body after including my normal classes?
not trying to loose weight
trying to gain muscle and cardiovascular health
