If you've had sex, its probably an infection, espesially if it doesn't look like semen,
It's probably a white discharge from either a viral or bacterial infection. If it's bacterial, it can be cured. If its viral, likie herpes, it can be "treated", not essentially cured.

Need more info if this is a serious question. Could be semen, pre-ejaculatory fluid, nocturnal discharge, or an infection such as gonorrhea. Provide more details (age, have you had sex, any pain?).
