Sometimes.  It depends on how you do it.  If you always go hard you can develop something called "the death grip" that can make it harder and harder to climax, especially during intercourse.  The best way to avoid developing that is to change up how you masturbate, especially the strokes, and to not always use porn but concentrate on the sensations in your body instead so that you're aware of how much pressure you're using.  Use lube and a lighter touch.
