What is going on when I seem to have a second Internet Explorer running while I am surfing or just using Yahoo?

I can be moving around in Yahoo, or elsewhere, and a gray box emerges saying how this site cannot be accessed, etc, and a half screen of the dreaded 404 message appears next to my already opened Internet Explorer. Nothing can be accessed until I click on the gray box, and meantime, the site HAS been accessed. Sorry I am not more clear. I am using Windows Vista Ultimate, and this thing happening really slows down my web experience.
Thanks in advance to any techie who can "splain" it to me!!

The correct spelling of the web browser you should download is Mozilla Firefox. It is more secure, faster and more reliable than Internet Exploder! You can import your favorites and bookmarks when installing it. Hope this helps.....enjoy.

particular, once you're working on your computing device the memory is swapped out to a metamorphosis document on the specified not ordinary force whilst extra memory is needed. whilst the memory swapped to the not ordinary force is accessed, the present memory is then swapped with the memory on the disk. whilst this happens for the period of defrag, the defrag operation in some situations might desire to provide up then start up over because of the contents of the disk being defragged changing in the process the defrag operation. .
