Too bad you have a car that the warranty is the most valuable thing in it.

Next time buy a car that doesn't need a warranty. That would be built by a company that won't be going bankrupt soon.

Ford, while in financial straits, isn't about to go broke. Ford, like all car makers, makes some real crap, and makes some real decent stuff. Frankly, I'd be more concerned with GM hitting the skids than I would be Ford. Ford is, at least, making changes to try to turn around its slump. GM carries on like it's still King of the Road, and lumbers along like nothing is wrong.

If Ford goes bankrupt the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
Sell while you can still get a price.

Yes you sure will if the company becomes bankrupt, sell it quick and get another model brand, before others get to know the warrantys no good but be quick.

You probably will. However, consider getting a 3rd party warranty. It may or may not be worth it depending on the price. You can get a free quote here: http://r.zimdo.com/autowarranty
