It is so horrible to think that a mother can do that to her own child, or to any baby, how can you hurt such and helpless human? Even if it is accidental, how can any body dig a hole and just throw your daughter there... I just wanted to know if any body had other theory in regards... this is so heartbreaking

It's Caylee. No doubt. I think Casey, her mother, her father, and her brother all had something to do with it, directly and indirectly.

I think this hideous excuse for a mother (Casey) intentionally Chloroformed little Caylee to quiet her so she could party and then the child died from an overdose. She either taped her mouth shut so she would be quiet if she woke up or she taped her mouth after she died in order to make it look like she was abducted and killed by someone else. I do NOT think the mother was on drugs or blacked out. I think she is a true sociopath and narcissistic. All her lies (which always had some element of truth ie "I feel she is near") were just a part of her perverted mind thinking she could get away with this and blame some made up "Nanny". I think she should get the death penalty. Rest in peace Caylee, you deserved so much better than you received.

Casey is in reformatory, charged with 1st degree homicide and the state is soliciting for the death penalty. She has by no potential long previous to path. Her criminal expert says she'll by no potential get a trustworthy trial right here and needs the trial moved so as that they are able to finding an independent jury. in case you already know of the case on the different factor of the worldwide, the place does he think of he will stumble on a jury who hasn't? I stay in basic terms some miles from the relatives living house. we've friends in complication-free. i think of she is in charge as does maximum all and sundry regionally.

it's 2 much of a coincidence 4 it not 2 be caylee. i think casey did it & had help w/a kidnap story & hiding caylee's body. she probably told family after the killing & they helped w/nanny story & hiding evidence.

I was watching last night and they hadn't determined yet if the remains are Caylee's. They still have to do dna testing. Who knows for sure if mom did it, but I do think she had a hand in it.
