First, stick it into your bank account, then...?
Would you spend them all?
spend partially as needed?
or leave it all to bank and generate some tidious interests?
or any other option?
It meant to be helping out this country's Economy last year, however, I don't happen to see it coming.

No checks will be sent out, the stimulus package is for the government, the rich and wealthy, Obama now is saying a tax break for everyone but it will be short lived, Obama is going to add one trillion dollars to our debt soon after tomorrow, but he never stated how it will be paid for, do the math.
