Has anyone checked the "Wheres My Tax stimulus" ( Rebate) on the IRS website?

Yea, the calculator told me one thing and then the wheres my rebate thing told me only 300. getting through to the irs on the phone is like pulling teeth so i'll have to wait and see...

I am a worry wart by nature so I have checked the website a bunch of time in the last 5 or so days. I have ALWAYS gotten that I entered something wrong. Uhhh not possible...I do our taxes and I know the info. So this AM i tried before taking a shower (6am) and it said the same thing...then I thought to check the yahoo answers to see if people where having the same prob...duhhh its the IRS of course you all are having the same prob *snicker* After reading I check it (6:40) and walla I am getting the expected amount on the 9th (last are 27). WHEW! SOOO I know its hard but just chill and remember "Bush is still our president and they are no brighter then he is" ;)

If your rebate check was going to be direct deposited it should have been today, however, you state that you used turbotax. The irs website stated that if you used a program like turbo tax it would not be direct deposited. If that is the case I have some bad news for you it will not be mailed until on or before June 27th. I know the feeling we need ours also but it won't be until June 13th. Good luck to you!

I haven't gone to the IRS calculator, but we did recv our stimulus check this am . It was 600.00$ less than expected. This also happened to my daughter when she recv'd her deposit yesterday. We were expected 1800$(me,DH,2 boys)

and she was expecting 900$ (her and 1 son) and got only 600$ deposited.

Anyone eles getting short rebate deposits? Seems that the IRS isn't including our dependents at 300$ each.

I checked both mine and my son's this morning. Both are going to be direct deposited tomorrow and both had the exact amount I had expected. However, I have heard from several people that it giving error messages or telling them they have made a mistake. Did you enter 3 excemptions on the website? Sounds like maybe you entered only 1?

honestly, it's the government so do u really expect the website calculator to be accurate? they just put that up. it's NOT recognizing my information and said it could provide me w/ nothing but to check the schedule. if u have kids u should get that extra money per kid. i would wait to see what u truly get and then call the irs.

make sure though that you do not make too much or too little money to get those credits. they are limitations both ways.

Checked mine several times and no problems, it did tell me that i made a mistake once but never again. Checked ours and 1200 on the 6th is waht it says, checked my moms and hers was 900 on the 6th. everyone shjould just chill. Oh and to the person whios sister didnt get the same amount, if she owed any federal student loans or back taxes or anything like that. They take it

they say they dont have any of my info..I am to be getting my check by tomorrow. I am very worried. even though I already received my tax refund, but no record of a stimulas check, I am a single mom of 3, no child support, and Countrywide is ready to forclose, and I promised them that money. yes I did it and it was fine and my daughter with 2 kids did it and they said they didn't recognize any of her info that she was doing it wrong and we had a friend do it and it said same thing. But mine said for my husband and I we would get 1200 on 6th of May in bank dep. last 2 #s are38 who's to figure that one I guess we will know when we get them. We all just got relax.

mine is supposed to be deposited next friday the 9th but when I tried the where's my stimulus, it said I had mad a mistake. I entered the right info but it still says I have made a mistake.
