What can my sister do about 'bacne'?

So my younger sister (13) just found acne on her back. It's not that severe but it's there. What caused this and how can she get rid of it? She showers almost every day. (ocassionally misses a day) She plays basketball, soccer(in fall), cheers, and rides horses.

its probably just sweat clogging her pores on her back. they have some body washes that she can use to help get rid of it...proactive has a body wash, neutrogena also has one, and this is supposed to work well:
