Despite checking off the option to remember my email user name and password for 2 weeks, the time period between requests keeps getting shorter. Today it is less than 15 minutes, so I'm constantly having to resubmit my information to check my email! What can I do about this?

This is neither a billing nor an abuse question, so their customer care people aren't set up to handle it, as far as I can tell.

I hope someone on another machine, perhaps on the same network is not accessing your email too. You may sometimes be asked to re-enter your information if it the same account is being accessed from different computer. In this case you could try changing your password.
Also someone else may be checking their email on your machine. When they do that it automatically crosses out your settings. Find this out.
