prostitution is illegal because the hookers walk the streets, and children usually see them and can pay them for sex. it spreads STDS as well, and the money is getting in the hands of a hooker illegally because the government doesn't get any of the money. there are many of reasons even having sex in a public area. theses things are illgeal for a reason.
