I seemed to have hit a bit of a wall in my quest for weight loss! I'm 24, 5ft 5, 9st 10lb... ideal weight 8st 10lb I've already lost 2 stone by healthy eating and going to the gym, my normal weekly routine is Saturday 1 hour body attack (high intensity aerobics) Sunday 1 hour fat burn level on bike and 30 mins upper body light weights (around 10-15lb) lots of reps Monday 45 mins cardio mixed with weights and toning Tuesday 1 hour body attack Wednesday 1 hour body balance (yoga type stuff) And thursday and friday off ...
I eat mostly healthy stuff, although the odd chocolate cake and curry may slip in, i'm starting to lose faith a little as if anything i'm starting to put weight on! I'm really struggling with weight round my middle, any advice on what i'm doing wrong or could do extra to shift this last stone would be great!!

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet.... THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.... .....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD..... If man made it, don't eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD...
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
Find out what you should be eating as far as calories go for the amount of activity ur doing and track em. if ur eating less than what u should you can actually be reversing the weight loss, its basically starving if a person doesn't eat enough calories ur body goes into survival mode and starts storing fat to use when no food is coming in, not saying ur starving urself but when we decide to lose weight we cut calories by a lot and and healthy food usually doesnt have very many, any way its a possiblity
when it comes to the mid section, jumping jacks and side twists work better than anything at tackling the problem... if you hit a floor on weight loss, you can try fasting for a day as the body isn't adversely affected by such a short fast (when it comes to fasting you are fine to fast for about 1.5 days without ever messing with your metabolic rate as long as you don't fast for the next 5 or 6).
