My boyfriend kisses my butt all the time and its extremely annoying. He disagrees that it does more damage than good. I think butt kissers are fake and are only nice because they want you to like them more, not because they truly want to make you happy. Am I wrong?

If its over the top yes, they would lose my respect. If its just a bit and not very often no, they wouldn't. Talk to him and tell him to knock it off. You are in this relationship too.
