Are all holly trees deer resistant because of their spiked leaves? Are Nelly Stevens particularly so?

The deer will still possibly come up and eat the red berries if the birds don't get to them first. The basic thing about hollies is that they are great for creating fencing across a yard. It can get as tall as 30' with a 15' base or you can get the shrub variety and have it be smaller. So possibly deer resistant if used as a fence barrier.
