I have the same problem and i just fixed today its really easy just download http://www.malwarebytes.org/index.php is free run a full scan and then remove the virus and thats it .that really work for me and trust me i try everything and the best part its free.

1.Open My computer, choose Disk C;
2.Find and click on Program Files then Common Files then Uninstall then uninstall PAV
3.Run the Uninstall file.
4.Reboot your computer.

put the cd in and go into the cd and choose the uninstall program button. if that wont work try to right click and see if it comes up with a uninstall program option. good luck!

You can boot into safe mode and then go to your program files folder. Then just delete the folder that contains the program. After that run a registry clean up and that should work.
There are also many programs that can uninstall programs without errors.
