Which gaming console should I buy?

The thing is, I live abroad, so I can only buy a console over the summer (or risk WAY overpaying in the country I reside in).
It's a dogfight between the PS3, 360 and PS2.

The PS3 is my prefferable choice, but I'm not digging the "grill"-look. Other than that I love it's overall specs and everything. If a slim version (which is rumored) is released in the near future I'd buy it in a heartbeat. There's also a rumored price drop impending....

360 - Not bad, I like it too, but there's a rumored slim/project natal version in the works(?); Also, paying for a Wifi adapter, and Xbox Live is sorta a turn-off. Not to mention, the develish red ring of death... (Living abroad, it'd take me longer to get my box back)

PS2 - This summer vacation instead of buying a new-gen console, how about I pick up a ps2? I've started to regret buying a GameCube over this, and it's now cheaper (and sleeker) than ever.

Which do you suggest over the others and why?
Thanks =)

I would go with the 360, their are a lot better games that came out xbox exclusive than the ps exclusives and I just feel like the xbox is a better set-up overall with the online and dashboard. Plus xbox is way funner online with Halo 3 and Gears of War 2. 2 games that playstation does not have by the way.

I like the Xbox 360 , it has a great selection of titles and I like Xbox Live compared to The PSN Network , Im not saying the PS3 is bad , its just not there yet , maybe next summer.
