As long as I take it, I'm ok. Last night I was out, and I felt like I was absolutely going to die. I could not get up off the sofa.

I have no pain anywhere, I just fell very sick to my stomach.

Has anyone else had this? Any suggestions?

I have no health insurance, and no money for test to be run to find the cause.

I personally don't get motion sick very often, but I have had a sudden onset of dizziness before that would have made some people sickened.
There are two things I can think of that may cause this, and both unfortunately require a doctor to look at you.
The first would be low blood pressure. Some times all you need is a little extra salt in your diet. You could try going to a place that has a blood pressure cuff (usually places like walmart have them near the pharmacy), and see if it is in the normal range. If a little extra salt in your diet doesn't work, you may have to go on medication.... but it should be relatively easy to fix.
The second thing that may cause this would be a problem with your inner ear. Your inner ear tells your brain weather you are right side up, up side down, and which way you are moving. If your inner ear is messed up your brain may be getting the wrong signals and cause you to become very motion sick.
In the long run weather you have insurance or not, please go see a doctor. Let them know that you do not have insurance, but you are very sick. Many times if doctors hear a sad story or see some one suffering they may reduce the price, or allow you to make payments. In the long run getting the problem fixed will be less expensive than living on Dramamine,
