you really can't do much until she see's the doctor tomorrow. The best thing that she can do for the time being is ice it and wrap it with a compression wrap (ace bandage) to control any swelling that maybe present. What sounds like happened was that she subluxed her patella. Maybe her knee might be off track. she might have a patella femoral problem. Most likely they will take xrays and will probably immobilize it. Good luck.

I believe you did not have a bi - lateral MRI? Maybe you probably did. I will say that my knees have been hurting and discovered it was once the best way I was once sitting with my knees bent sideways. sure, it acquired to hurting tomorrow, additionally, whilst I get up from sleep I had the dangerous addiction of stretching my legs truly tough with out understanding it till I opening catching myself and now not doing it. and whilst I do not do this, they do not harm. I wish that is as useful for you. First simply take a appear at your self, the way you sit down, stretch and what you can be doing that can be inflicting a few pressure for your knees. Good Luck to you ... Bt the best way, there is not any such factor as frowing pains. Also, if you're excercising, do not do knee bends and if you happen to perform a little, most effective do partial ones, simply move parcially down so the pressure isn't on or for your knees.

its either ligament or cartilage damage. but it could be alot of things. The dr needs to examine her knee and do an xray and an mri to see wha tis gonig on.
