It's my understanding from my boss that approximately 4% of all babies are having electronic tracking microchips inserted into their navels before the tie them. I asked my doctor and he said he wasn't in the program, but also wasn't at liberty to discuss the issue. Where can I get more info?

Haven't heard of it but i think its a great idea but probably to futuristic for some. But maybe its a government top secret thing if your doctor isn't at liberty to discuss it that sounds odd to me, anyway maybe there is something on the net somewhere. try typing in electronic chips for babies there is a site but doesn't look like its in favor of this.
