Is anyone else affected by the full moon?

I get very tired when the full moon comes around. Then when there is a new moon I feel more energetic and I can think more clearly. Is there any scientific fact behind this? I know the moon affects the tide and our bodies our mostly water. Does it affect us too?

Actually I thought the moon was full everyday just that on some days there's a shadow on part of it. But then again I might be wrong. And maybe it's not the moon but the shadow that affects people.

Yeah Me too

I've also seen witches flying in the sky and vampires sucking blood in graveyards. Full moon has nothing to do with the supernatural it's all myths. A full moon is a result of how much sun light is reaching the part of the moon facing earth and nothing more. Your mind is playing tricks on you.

There is no correlation between human behaviour and the phase of the Moon. The amount of water in our bodies is too minute to be affected by the Moon.

That saying about the full moon is just that, the whole face of the moon being lit by the sun is no difference that half the moon being lit by the sun.

Don't believe a lot of the myths, just take them with a grain of salt and go on with your life.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but... A woman's cycle is 28 days. The moon's cycle is 28 days. It seems to me that you're responding to your own body's hormonal fluctuations rather than the cycle of the moon.
I believe you have a case of illusory correlation...
I could be wrong, of course. The moon affects the Earth in an important and powerful way.
