Is the MSM covering Van Jones?

I don't often watch the networks or CNN so I don't know if they're covering this story. I think this is a big deal, and it is stunning that he hasn't been fired. I'm wondering if either Jones has something on Obama, and he's basically blackmailing him, or if Obama is so radical himself that he doesn't see anything wrong with Jones' comments. Perhaps the MSM agrees?

I don't even consider MSNBC to be news media, it is so far out there. I don't see how anyone who's not a far left liberal can take it seriously.

I have not seen them reporting on Jones. I think Obama is well aware of Jones' past (not so distant) and is of the same beliefs. Jones is not much different than other appointees of Obama. He has appointed two members of the racist group La Raza (Sotomayor & Munoz), several tax cheats, and Holder, who does not wish to prosecute racist that intimidate voters (Black Panthers). Obama also referred to his own grandmother as a typical white person. If I called a minority a typical black, Mexican, Asian, etc. I would be accused of racism so why is it any different here?

Blue Christy Jones is not a human rights guy unless you see the white race as being something other than human. He has accused whites of dumping poison on minorities intentially. He is like Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson and many others who try to make a living by causing race warfare.

Who would want to watch MSN... not I, said the public!
The following are comments made after seeing a video made by VanJones: http://www.breitbart.tv/van-jones-only-suburbal-white-kids-shoot-up-schools/

Van Jones thinks that a racist rant in eubonics is a legitimate form of expression.

He thinks he can crawl behind the cloak of the Presidency for protection and to legitimize his Neanderthal, anti-democratic, hate-filled, cop-killing, race-baiting rhetoric.

He believes that he’s the great black Svengali, a silent power behind the throne, who can glad talk his opponents into oppression.

He thinks he’s going to change something in this society to bring about environmental justice (i.e., reparations and the subjugation of whites).

He only will hasten the collapse of this clot of impostors posing as a government. He will undo the advances in a half-century of race relations. And the goons march to his step.

no
Van Jones, a special adviser to the president, revealed his Trojan-horse strategy during a 2008 interview on leftist Uprising Radio in Los Angeles.

"The green economy will start off as a small subset" of a "complete revolution" away from "gray capitalism" and toward "redistribution of all the wealth," he said. "And we are going to push it and push it and push it until it becomes the engine for transforming the whole society."

A self-described "communist," Jones caught heat recently for calling Republicans "a**holes." He's also a 9/11 "truther" as it turns out, one of many red flags in a radical past that, remarkably, didn't disqualify him from shaping domestic policy in this White House.

Who is Van Jones?
Van Jones is a globally recognized, award-winning pioneer in human rights and the clean energy economy. He is a 1993 graduate of the Yale Law School and an attorney.

Van wrote the definitive book on "green jobs": The Green Collar Economy. In 2008 — thanks to a low-cost, viral marketing campaign — his book became an instant New York Times bestseller. It is today being translated into six languages.

As a tireless advocate for disadvantaged people and the environment, Van helped to pass America's first "green job training" legislation: the Green Jobs Act, which George W. Bush signed into law as a part of the 2007 Energy Bill. He is the co-founder of a number of successful non-profit organizations, including the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and Green For All.

Van is the recipient of many awards and honors, including: the Reebok International Human Rights Award; the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leader designation; the prestigious, international Ashoka Fellowship; and many more. Van was included in the Ebony Magazine "Power 150" list of most influential African Americans for 2009. In 2008, Essence magazine named him one of the 25 most inspiring/influential African Americans. TIME Magazine named him an environmental hero in 2008. In 2009, TIME named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

In March 2009, Van went to work as the special advisor for green jobs at the White House Council for Environmental Quality.

Surely you jest?
Of course not, the only people that know about it are the ones that watch FOX or get it on the internet from WND.
