just ask her if she want to grab coffee after class, it creates a low stress avenue to talk and gives either one of you an easy escape it if dosent go well or a great place to chat if things go well

Confidence is your best weapon... make sure your body language agrees with what you say...
if you are comfortable with the situation she will be too... beautiful girls get approached 10-15 times a day, from guys staring at them to randome strangers asking them out... so she is used to it...
btw... the only way of knowing if she likes you is teasing her playfully... if she starts hitting you and teasing you back means she likes you, at least as a friend which is a good start... but you don't wanna stay in the friends category more than a day or 2 or you'll never get out of it...

Does she smile when she sees you?
Does she sit next to you instead of you always sitting beside her?
Does she ask you what some good music, clubs etc..you'd reccomend?
Is she nicer to you then others? Does she talk about boys around you to see ur reaction?
Does she seem happy to be around you?
Go to lunch with her, ask her questions about herself, be friendly, keep eye contact smile and laugh when needs be. Compliment her, help her with her studies. Ask for her mobile number and text her, try to be out into a group with her.

Just ask her out, take a chance. The worst she can do is say no, it just means its not meant to be. If she is a nice person you guys can stay friends and then who knows what could happen.

Don't be jumping the gun and ask her out, pal! You need to get to know her better so talk to her more at school.......ask her if she wants to get some coffee at school or something. She may be married, have a boyfriend etc......Look before you leap!
