How do I ask a girl out that sits next to me in my college class?

just ask her if she want to grab coffee after class, it creates a low stress avenue to talk and gives either one of you an easy escape it if dosent go well or a great place to chat if things go well

Go to lunch with her, ask her questions about herself, be friendly, keep eye contact smile and laugh when needs be. Compliment her, help her with her studies. Ask for her mobile number and text her, try to be out into a group with her.

Just ask her out, take a chance. The worst she can do is say no, it just means its not meant to be. If she is a nice person you guys can stay friends and then who knows what could happen.

Does this girl have a personality at all, or is it all about her physical appearance? If you genuinely like this girl, you need to get to know her, which takes time. It only sounds like you're fascinated with her looks, and there needs to be more to it than that before you ask her out.
