How do I get my tummy back to its pre-pregnancy shape?

It has been over a year since I had my son. My stomach has gone down somewhat but it is still high and I want to get it down. I have been doing sit-ups but not as consistently as I should. What do I need to do to get my stomach down so that I don't have to shop at maternity stores any more?

Well, lower your calorie intake and on top of sit ups, do push ups AND WALKING WALKING, I use a stepper in the house. I breastfed too which helped a lot.

Live a healthy lifestyle. Be picky about what you eat. Don't munch on chips, instead munch on carrots.

A healthy lifestyle also includes daily exercise.
