Anyone know where to find a collar for my puppy?

Question

I have a little Poochi( Poodle/chihuahua) he is now 4 months old 
I want to take him for walks as well in my area the law states any dog 4 months or older is to have a collar with rabies tag adn license
my problem is my little boy "lil' Fella" is only 1 pound and has a nesk of only 5 inches
all the collars i my area is 6 inches or larger
I did get him a 6 inch collar and he keeps geting his leg adn mouth caught in it
what can I do I can
t even find a harness to fit him the ones for ferrets don't fit eaither

I would suggest trying to find a kitten collar, but if he can't fit into a ferret harness, I don't know if he would fit into a kitten collar.

If you can't find one maybe you can try making one somehow. Maybe use the smallest buckle collar you can find and cut the end without the buckle off, then just make your own holes.

you buy him a thing that goes around the chest and stuff a halter or whatever you callthose things. hes too small to use a collar he could be hurt but that and leach. its very nice to use the other and they dont' strain their necks.

try special ordering an adjustable collar.. there are many places that custom make collars..

A good pet store should have exactly what you need.  I would call my vet or groomer and ask them if I was having this problem.
