Naruto hands down!
The characters are much better. Compare the first few episodes to Naruto Shippuden! They have grown so much and Kishimoto keeps it interesting. The plot is great. It makes you laugh and cry. The serious moments are something everyone can relate to and the 'Naruto world' is interesting. Their 'powers' and 'drawings' are amazing.
Oh, and ninjas are awesome!

Plot-wise = Naruto of course.
I stopped reading Bleach thanks to the BS Kubo thought was the most awesome plotline in the recent arc. It wasn't. Rather disappointing. Yeah Bleach is repetitive. Two damsel in distresses and then Ichigo getting his butt whopped again but somehow surviving even when he lost all that blood. It reminded me of the save Rukia arc except a much crappier version.
I just hope Kishimoto doesn't lose his spark because in the latest chapter, there was nothing exciting except pink bimbo taking up space for the plot >.>

I personally think Naruto is better. Bleach is too boring and it's repetitive. The show just doesn't interest me as much. Plus, Naruto has ninjasXD
