and how can they get a password reset on a email if you changed all the security questions help im going through hell trying to figure this out they are harassing my daughter and its driving me crazy and facebook has no live person HELP!

Do you know who is harassing you?
If so all your details can be accessed from answering your secret question linked to you email address if you use Yahoo, hotmail etc.
First you got to scan for trojans and viruses, do the update of your Anti Virus and go offline and do a full scan. If something is found, use your AV to remove them, go online and google what was found to find out if you need to do anything else to remove them.
Then you got to change ALL your passwords, for everything.
The best way, if you still concerned about a trojan is save a text doc on another computer and disguise your passwords in some other text.
Save that file to you PC and when you need to login to something, type in your user name and copy and paste your password into the window. A keylogger wont pick that up but a screenshot maybe. But it is safer as long as you know your PC is free from viruses and trojans.

If they are harassing your daughter, delete her account (depending on how bad the harassment is) you could always make a new email address to another account and that way they cant hack in.
By the way, there is no actual way to hack into a facebook account without knowing someones email address, secret question OR your password to your email address. Hope i helped and good luck.
