Where is the Liberal Outrage?

over the Justice Department forcing UBS Bank of Switzerland to turn over the names of 14,000+ account holders? This is a clear violation of the 4th Amendment, no warrants have been issued and there is no probable cause.

Where is the outrage over the invasion of privacy?

**uh HomeGirl, those accounts belong to U.S. citizens who ARE covered by the U.S. Constitution and as we now know because of the KSM decision everyone in the world is entitled to the protection of the Constitution.

***Eudes, you should be outraged because the Left has been screaming about warrantless wiretaps, etc. from the Patriot Act and this is the same thing. The government can not violate the Law to enforce it.

Don't you get it? The outrage was phony for political reasons. They don't really give a rip about civil rights.

Here is a prime example of the curtailed freedoms as a result of the "War on Terror." What was billed as a way to find funds tied to global terrorism is now being used to hunt people down for tax dollars. That was probably the goddmaned intent all along anyway. Both parties...same sh*t.

4th Amendment pertains to the USA, not Switzerland.

Don't forget the Swiss banks withheld the funds of Jewish Holocaust victims from their heirs for five decades. Only American and International pressure and lawsuits finally opened those accounts.

Plenty of liberals are outraged... Except for the retard liberals who reside in the US. They should be beat with hammers and sickles.
