I bought the Step2 Dream Castle Convertible Bed for my daughter, only I bought it used and it was a floor model, so it doesn't have the parts to convert it to a twin size. Does anyone know where I can go to find these parts?

Go to the Step 2 website and try to find it there....If you cant find a place to order the parts there then send them an e-mail or call thier customer service line...I had to do this for a baby einstien thing we got for xmas last year but i didnt put it together for her until feb cause she wasnt old enough.... i called the cust service line and they shipped me a whole new thing...So i had 2 units...I was only missing the 3 ballls for one part but they shipped a whole new unit...I gave the other one away to a friend and she was able to get balls that fit it form somewhere else.
