Is something wrong with me?

I've been in a long lasting slump, my passion for drawing is gone, funny thing is my mind is racing with ideas but I can't put them on paper.
Every time I've tried it's led to nothing, and whatever does manage to come out is lacking severely.
I don't feel passionate about anything, all I seem to do these days is loaf around the house and play video games.
Video games are the only thing that seem to still catch my interest.
That's the only thing that seems to stir up my passion.
This lack of wanting to do anything is effecting my college application process, especially because I want to go to art school and my portfolio is still incomplete.
I just can't focus, I don't feel inspired, and I just feel very dull and horrible.
What should I do? Is something wrong with me?
Do I just need to readjust myself? How?

Loss of interest in things that you once loved might be a sign of depression. I think you should find an adult you can talk to and tell them how you've been feeling, and maybe see a therapist.

Sounds like stress to me, think about it:
Do you feel pressure to get these projects done? Don't think of it as a job, think of it as an break from video games.
Are feeling unsure about going to art school, maybe you have some outside pressure to not go to art school, but something more conventional? Every one gets doubts when trying to peer into the future, it's not a scary place it's an adventure with new things to see and experience.
My advice: step back, relax, and try drawing something you know will not go in the portfolio. Try to change the way you see things, try drawing a sound, just draw what is making the noise.
I'm no professional, but I've been overwhelmed and paralyzed a time or two. Just remember this:

You're drawing is being effected by your worries about getting into college. Don't let it worry you! Your passion is still there, you're just going through the anxiety that everybody goes through the highschool to college transition. You'll be fine. Maybe your art skills will land you in a video game job someday - two of your passions merged together.

You need to smack yourself a few times, look into the mirror, get serious, and then get to work!!!!
