I know so many people who get to stay in the US because they faked a marriage. There is actually agencies to help the process "flows". Also people would pay $35K for someone who is a citizen to marry them. I don't get how the USCIS people can't see what is happening. I mean are they too lazy to investigate a little deeper?

Double d, is it possible to wrap your mind around how many thousands or tens of thousands marriages take place to foreign people in the United States each year? How would a group of people be able to look thru every single one of those claims. It just isn't possible. I think they count on peoples honesty which is sorely lacking these days. They can only do what is asked of them and that is to do the best they can.
The sub ways have guides on them to direct you on what sub way trains you need to go on to get to your place of destinion. They also have info centers at the stations for you help.
If these impostors play their cards right, they can get away with it. USCIS is not a detective agency. They can detect certain frauds but not all of them.
