I have received e-mails saying Chavez of ''Venezuela'' is changing Citgo's name too ''Petro Express'' to help Citgo's poor sales. Do they own the name Petro Express? Yes I know this was rumored about 4 or 5 years ago. Source's please.

Since Chavez owns Citgo he can change the name however he's fit. Buy in the words of someone else " you can put lipstick on a pig........."

No, Petro Express is another company entirely. They may or may not have bought out a few Citgo stations but the company is based in North Carolina
