Try layering them with sheets of long paper in between. Or you can rubber band them according to color, etc.
I show cats and the clubs will rubber band the cloth ribbons, but the show final rosettes come in a long box with paper dividers.

I'm not much help --- every club I've worked with keeps them in their boxes so as not to wrinkle them.
