i don't know how i got it but i deleted it once and it came back, which makes me very mad. now i can't find it on my computer, but it is still there, somewhere. it is visible in firefox but not any of my directories. i really don't like it and need to remove it immediately.

First of all open your computer in safe mode with networking. Hit the f8 key as it is starting and select safe mode with networking.
Download malwarebytes antimalware, install it, update it and run it and hopefully it should solve your problem
