I am 16, 5'3, and 215lbs. I really want to lose AT LEAST 60 pounds by June. It's February, almost March now. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Or if it's possible?
And I don't want to use any products, because I don't have much money at all. Trying to get a job, but having a hard time... so can you please tell me what to do?

What I do is turn on the music and get out the weights. I always work with my arms first. My legs are apart(shoulder length). Do squats with your arms stretched out. After about ten squats start moving your arms up and down with each one. This is just a warm up. Then move your arms in the center as thought you were closing a book. This helps the abs. Do situps. This is easy with the weights. For about ten minutes do each section. Then I like to run in place! These are just warm ups. Jumping jacks are good in place with the weights. But mix up your work out. So you dont get bored and also so you want to continue to work out. Have fun. I'm also a dancer. But drink a glass of water right before eating a meal. This will make you full faster! Good luck and God bless. If you want anymore advise, just email me!
I am kind of in the same boat as you are in, i know from experience that you CAN loose at least 10 pounds a month. What i have been doing is eating healthier. I mostly eat fruits during the day like an apple for breakfast, some grapes and cheese for lunch and salad with homemade dressing for dinner with a piece of meat or chicken, Sometimes i have a boiled egg (if you like that) for breakfast with ketchup. I drink LOTS of water during the day and i carry around some crackers in case i get hungry. I find that before and after you eat you should drink some water because it fills you up faster, that way you get the full feeling. And of course i do some excercise. But i have equipment that my parents and brother bought for that. I am trying to do some running right now. But the eating is usually a BIG thing that really helps.. its not really safe, but i try and keep under 800 cals a day. I am not counting december because i pigged out SO much, but with 3 months of mostly eating better and a little of excersice i went from 187 to 162 pounds. SO you can do it without buying those crappy pills. OH and once a week, i ate something nice, like whatever i wanted for the whole day. Which is awesome cause you don't get to miss out on you fav foods. So thats my advice, sorry for the long message..
I determined the publication to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however on the whole) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I consider it might scare the residing daylights out of me on the grounds that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought some thing like this earlier than on the grounds that they're ordinarily filled with trash, however 3WD has been a excellent shock. Get began at present!
Lots and lots of cardio (raises heart level) exercises will get you to your goal. Walking, Running, Swimming, Hiking, Stair climbing and the like. I would recommend starting at 30 minutes a day with walking until you adjust to it then pick up the frequency to say 1hr with a little jog or run even if you feel confident. Never do too much over 1hr at any given time, rest is just as important. Don't forget to eat healthy but don't be afraid of foods you enjoy, moderation is the key. By the way, sometimes there may be days where you just don't feel like exercising at all because you will either be low on energy or unenthusiastic or even sick (these are normal don't worry) when this happens my suggestion is for you to rest, you will not gain anything out of a lousy half assed workout. I know you will achieve your goal.
Good luck.
P.S Muscle burns calories while you rest and the more of it you have the more you will burn, it also weighs 1/2 the amount of what fat does. Maybe do a little weight training from time to time if you can.
well it IS possible if you give the time and patience. try signing up for yoga, or pilaties, zoomba. eat a healty breakfast lunch and dinner. dont eat school food or fast food and of corse no junk food. eat fruits and fresh green veggies. that doesnt mean a salad drowned in dressing with bacon bits and chicken. go for a long jog or bike ride (even with your dog if you have one) do simple excersizes like sit ups jumping jacks, squats. but you HAVE to have the time and patience or you will gain what you lose.
