Are Koreans working at the airport can speak english?

Please pardon my question. I am worried that i will not be able to get around Seoul to ask information and direction of places due to language barrier. I am really looking forward for this trip.

staffs at the airport yes..... especially those at the service counters or frontline. but when in the city, not really as i just back fr Seoul Jan. business trip there + leisure w my gf. we stayed at the Coex Inter-Con. which was a v convenient location as there's a hugh underground mall rite inside Coex Mall. anyway, when we shop out there.......they DO NOT un Eng. especially hard when ordering in a restaurant. most ofthem even dun hv Eng menu. we hv to look into the menu pictures & pick our food. or eat back in the hotel. but it's quite expensive to dine in the hotel. taxi driver also not un Eng. so u better ask the doorman of ur hotel to speak 4 u. n remember to grab a korea lanaguage nm card of ur hotel u needed it.
