Favorite Answer

Whole grains - breads, oats, quinoa, etc.

Most fruits have fiber - apples, bananas will have more than a juicier fruit like an orange.

Drinks - the "added fiber" does not come with the same health benefits as the fiber in something like oats, though there are a ton of beverages, candies, etc. marketed as containing fiber. There are different types of fiber, and the kind that actually lowers cholesterol can't be added to a beverage. The fiber that is added to beverages, etc. is just a bulk laxative. (Not a stimulant laxative. Bulk laxatives form a big mass that pushes through the digestive tract.)

Beware of fancy smoothies and juices, too. More fiber from eating the actual vegetable or fruit than from squeezing out its water content.
