How am I going to read a DVD i burned before but my computer now shows as blank?

I burned some DVD's with a TDK DVD+R and I've found a few of them I couldn't read. The disc appears blank on the PC, and when i run Nero InfoTool, it says capacity is 0.00GB, blank capacity n/a, Manufacturer ID = DAXON AZ3... All content items say n/a... How am i going to be able to read this disk?

I have tried the disc in 3 other PC's and the disc is unreadable in all of them. I have even tried placing the disc into a Nintendo WII and Wii will report there's an invalid disc in there and to reboot the Wii.

I just want to know: How do i read the disk?

I would say there bad disks or your burner/reader is out.
Try going to your device manager and un-install the burner/reader and restart the PC.
Sometimes devices will develope software issues and re-installing them will fix burn/read issues
