is it okay if the info in the columns of my resume is uneven?

The right column of info is shorter than the left. So, it kinda looks weird. I've tried various things to fix it, but then my resume is too long. Should move the information from reverse chronological order to chronological order? Or should I put it in order of most relevant?

I'd go with most relevant, yes.
And just saying, grammatically speaking in your question, the 'is' should be 'are'
