Is it okay if the info in the columns of my resume is uneven?

The right column of info is shorter than the left. So, it kinda looks weird. I've tried various things to fix it, but then my resume is too long. Should move the information from reverse chronological order to chronological order? Or should I put it in order of most relevant?

Update:

Thanks, Y. I think the most relevant will work.. I just have to add a few more bullets.

I already had it in TimesNR 10 and actually had to increase my margins. lol! :)

i put my in order of most relevant. what ever i think the employer would like to see the most i put at the top. if you are using microsoft word you can go to file page setup and decrease the margins on the top bottom and sides. this is what i do for mine. or maybe use a smaller different type of font. times new roman is generally a smaller font than arial. or maybe you can decrease the line spacing a bit. if your resume is not already single spaced go to format paragraph and you will see an option for line spacing. i would not click that link that carol provided. .you could ask on Y!A how to make the columns even. someone will know.

Absolutely not - We are in a time where companies will receive thousands of resumes for just one opening. Therefore your resume has to look professional and must include a cover letter. Having been in HR for many years I can tell you that if your resume does not look professional it will be put at the bottom of the pile and you will not even get a chance to interview. I would suggest that you either re-format your resume or get help from either a good resume writer or get help online.

Here is a website that I have reviewed and think it may be perfect for you to get your resume up to speed and get you in for that interview. Just copy the link to your browser and get going on a professional looking resume.

I wish you the best of luck,

If she's unresponsive, i might take that as a large sign that she's not interested in being on your wedding ceremony anymore. perhaps she's nervous approximately money? i think of it could be ultimate to tell her which you have have been given desperate to eliminate her out of your bridal occasion on the grounds that she's not residing as much as her regular jobs & she's changing telephone numbers w/o contacting you. in case you eventually finally end up with uneven numbers of human beings on your bridal occasion, it is wonderful. I had 2 extra bridesmaids than groomsmen and it become no enormous deal. good success & happy making plans!
