Definitely. he knows they have to pass it soon because come November repubs are gonna win a huge number of seats in the house and senate so he knows he wont have the votes to pass it then. Him and pelosi have set so many so called deadlines for the bill to get passed and they haven't met one. right now they're the closest they've been. it will be a sad day if it happens. we'll have to say goodbye to a lot of freedom. gov't is the problem not the solution
