i am trying to help a friend that does not have acess to a computer find cheap, successful cures. she can't afford to go to the doctor. all help is accepted. only people with serious answers please. no point seekers. this matter is way beyond someone trying to get points.

I would say since you have access to a computer (obviously) then you can look up some cheap successful cures for whatever it is that is needed. right?
