I totally love the name Madeline, middle name would be Christina.

Madeline Christina is lovely. I don't usually like Christina, but here she compliments Madeline well :) It's girly and classic - but not at all old. With the resurgence of Mad- names, she'll never sound old to me. You could also use Della or Leni as nick names!

I think Madeline Christina is pretty! But, if you're pronouncing it Mad-Uh-LYNN, spell it Madelyn. Madeline is pronounced Mad-Uh-LINE.
