Madeline Christina is lovely. I don't usually like Christina, but here she compliments Madeline well :) It's girly and classic - but not at all old. With the resurgence of Mad- names, she'll never sound old to me. You could also use Della or Leni as nick names!

Madelyn is one of my favorite girl names. I love that spelling as well. Madelyn Christina flows very well together. It's cute. I would rate that name 10/10.
