Can anyone help or offer adivce?

A family friend is having some problems. There daughter got pregnant at 16 and moved out to live with her boyfriend and his parents. Her parents have called the cops but they will not bring her back home. Her boyfriend moved out of his parents house and is now living with his new girlfriend while the mother of his child lives with his parents. His parents took her parents tp court recently for child support for their daughter and they have been ordered to pay 1000 a month, but they will not let the mother of the baby take their son for child support. Now remember the cops would not bring her back home and the court would not force her to go back home. These people do not get to see their daughter or their grand daughter. Does any one have any information that would help them out? this happend in Clearfield County, PA

The police said it the wouldn't do it because then they would just end up there for domestics. I know these people and they are great people, both work very hard. I also know the fathers family and they truely are nothing but scumbags. I went to school with all the kids and everyone of them was a druggie and their parents where doing it with them.

No parent has to support any girl that gets into trouble, especially if they have moved out.  As soon as a teenager moves out they forfeit any help from either parent.  Tell the parents to get a good lawyer.   The law is that the boy (man) who fathered the child is the only one who has to pay child support.   If HIS parents choose to pay anything or keep the mother with them that is with their own disgression and they cannot force, make, push, shove or demand the maternal parents to pay a dime.  NO JOKE.  The law cannot do that either so if they are trying to or have demanded that to happen then they are being bribed by the paternal parents who may know them personally.  It can't happen in a normal court of law and it isn't legal to force the maternal or the paternal parents to pay the son's responsibility or for the daughter's pregnancy and delivery for that matter especially if one or both of these teenagers have moved out of their parent's homes.   They need a really good defense attorney that has dealt with these matters.  Most parents 'want to' help their 'in trouble' teens but I can see why these parents are having issues doing that with the problem that is in question.
