Help me i am sick as a dog please?

i had this cold since saturday i really need to get rid of it by friday please help me what do y'all do to get rid or a cold

If it really is a cold, then there is nothing you can take to make yourself get well faster. A cold is a virus, and with virus' you just have to let them run their course. Since it's almost Thursday and you're not getting better, I would go to the doctor and have him/her check you out. It could end up being some kind of bacterial infection, and THOSE can be cured with antibiotics. That's about all I can recommend though. I hope that you feel better soon!
