I am sorry, I am having trouble understanding what your question is. If you get some time to clarify in the more info section that would be great.
For myself, I do at least 30 minutes of vigorous activity 6 days a week. I rotate between swimming, yoga, biking and walking. I keep a calendar where I mark down my daily activity to "keep myself honest". If I have an illness that prevents me from my regular activity, I take the time my body needs to heal and do what I can until I can work back up to my normal activity level.
